We developed a set of perl scripps for Chip-on-Chip experiments analysis using single array error model. It is free for download.

Mpeak program used for tiling array analysis

On Feb 16, 2005, the scripts are modified. Since there are various versions of GenePro in use, the columns used in the scripts are determined by the column header in the GPR files. A colume header is added to the output files so user can understand better what is in the output file. Also, the data precision in the output files is improved.
