Chip-grade antibodies
Currently more than 2000 antibodies are stored in the database and only a small number of them have demonstrated to be suitable for ChIP-on-Chip experiment. For each antibody, there are three field:
product name, vendor information and catalog number. Chip-grade antibodies are marked, which linked to the original research paper. You could browse the database or look up in the database. You are
also welcome to add more records that works in ChIP-on-Chip experiments and contribute to this open source.
